Q. Why should I consider being seen privately?
A. You are guaranteed the surgeon of your choice. You can expect to see the same surgeon at each visit. You can expect more choice and quicker appointments. You are guaranteed that your consultant surgeon will be the one doing any operation.

Q. I would like a consultation, who do I contact?
A. If you are insured you will need a referral letter from your GP. If you are self funding this letter is not essential but is best practice.
If a letter has been sent then you will shortly be contacted to arrange an appointment. Otherwise ring 01889 504393

Q. Will there be a charge for the consultation?
A. The initial consultation charge is £195. There may be additional charges for investigations such as X-rays and blood tests and for injections done in the clinic.

Q. Who do I pay for my consultation?
A. This is paid directly to Mr Hamlet after the consultation on receipt of an invoice. Please note: the hospital will bill you seperately for X-rays, MRI scans and blood tests
